      Pros

      Good to know as it match what I believe - garbage in, garbage out. I believe Mace in other countries are better but definitely not in Hong Kong.

      Less job opportunity for those people whom are good in office politic but not good in making good business and delivering project....

      Stable employer, salary reasonable, interesting work

      Cons

      Ok if your face fits, poor management in some departments, thinks that HQ is the hub of the world, can punch too far above its weight, overpays for mediocre staff that it doesn't get rid of!

      Pros

      entrepreneurial, flexibility and a willingness of the leadership to adapt to personal circumstances are a big plus. Plenty of international experience available for those looking to travel or develop and an accelerated career path.

      Cons

      As a consultancy it is import to be recognised within the home office however in Mace, however unless you shout the loudest, regardless of capability, out of site is out of mind and therefore long deployments can be limiting.
