Senior management in Baku haven't got a clue, lots of people being carried by the few good people, salaries are not based very well on grade and experience, management act like bullies and lying main contractors instead of the professional body they should be and looking after their clients interests.

There are some VERY poor company ethics (internal relationships), some of the worst company politics i have ever seen and to the point where i simply had to leave. Rumours floating around that the board members do not get along and there seems to be a VERY top heavy business structure (outrageous salaries and to many EGO's). Mace has just become too big too quickly and i cannot see this run of what is self described as "success" lasting too much longer. They are also quickly becoming notorious within the industry as a company who do not treat their clients with the greatest of respect which is a shame seeing as the company is called MACE and at our company induction we where informed it stood for MANAGING AND CONSTRUCTION EXCELLENCE. What a joke. The HR team proved irresponsible and useless until it comes to promoting its self. Couldn't be happier to have left and can't wish them enough bad luck.
