Timings are okay if you are in the city.
Cons
Clear bias is shown towards certain group of employees because clear buttering up by them. The management disburses increments based on it. No point of judging based on performance and KPIs achieved. If your good at buttering your seniors go for it. The entitled ones get all the benefits of taking double the amount of annual leaves along with treating the project as their personal fiefdom. Worst part is they rub it in the face of other employees.
