      Pros

      Good junior people. A few talented female leaders. Global company. Opportunities to work in variety of projects.

      Cons

      Very poor management in general. Toxic leaders who don’t get called out or held to account at OD level. Secretive bonus system. Exploit junior staff. Ineffective time card system which pressurises people and doesn’t reflect actual work for clients.

      Mace UK has failed it's International Offices

      Pros

      Opportunities to work with international clients and projects, in a corporate environment with good internal processes.

      Cons

      The corporate ladder is often biased based on skin color, with white individuals being promoted over locals even when their skills are inferior. This results in incompetent leadership, particularly in non-white countries, due to racism. International opportunities are very well advertised, however, only attainable to a certain few, one has to have connections to work overseas which is unfortunate given how Mace are always chiming on about global mobility.
