Pros
Some people are very nice, the job is all right. The app is used across the country so it's nice to work on such a product.
Cons
The older the person, the more toxic they are. For the most part, it seems like we are working at some government job where everyone is looking at their own business and doing everything possible to jeopardize their deliveries. Too many processes are in place just so the old folks can pull the gun on stuff they "don't like".
