I joined as a Deputy Chief Engineer having 15 years experience with good EPCs and M.S.Chemical Engineering. I had good track record with my previous companies. When I onboarded a project with Lead , he gave me very junior level activities like line list, pump excel sheet formatting, datasheet preparation which was just a copy paste job. He made my juniors check my work. and even dared me to complain to highest official in organization as he said nothing will happen to him. He literally spoiled my tenure there by giving me activities which were sheer based on gender biased. And he mentally harassed me during COVID times to the extent that I was on verge of resigning from my job. When I complained about him to highest official in the department or even to HR no action was taken against him, instead he was promoted.
My process highest offical forced me to join office during COVID times though I fell sick and admitted to hospital. I finally had to resign not to take risk with my health.
This company is autocratic when it comes to hierarchy and you cant complain against your bosses and simply no action is taken against them inspite of such bad treatment towards female employees. I would not advice to join any female candidate who is on growth path in the career to spoil your career by joining here. Just check how many female leads are there in the department.
