Pros
A good company for the employee, a lot of benefits and average salary. Some opportunities to grow inside the company and a real learning center.
Cons
The big problem of the company are the people that work there. Most of them with old fashioned ways to "solve" problems. One thing that you are going to hear a lot inside the engineering departments is "I have always done it this way, why change i now?". Is hard to implement "new" ideas to the daily operation of the company.
