Pros

There are no pros in this place, if anything, the good people working there, and the leads (mostly)

Cons

When you go to work to this awful, terrible place, you have to resign off your life. yoy have no life when you work for Marriott. i worked there for nearly a year and all I can say is... I rather starve myself and become homeless than go back there for more. The management is terrible and are often too occupied looking at their own bellybutton. they do not care for you. So much for ergonomics training when then you cannot sit in the same place every day, having to use differen chairs and having to move it up and down until you find the right height. No back support. Do not bother asking for food rest, al least you take it home with you every day, because you have no place to keep it and you might find somebody else using it next day. HR is not there to help you. They are there to punish you and maje your life more difficult. If you want to have good shifts, you have to step over your colleagues and lie and sell more expensive rooms and so many rooms as you can. Do not expect a rest between call and call. 140 calls in 7.30 hours seems to be the rule, no time to go to the toilet or drink water. You have to ask permission to go to the loo and have to drees to impress even though you are working over the phone. As per incentives? Power hours will give you at best a bag with a lolipop an some gummy bears or a pass to be able to come to work in jeans. I have seen people have breakdowns and my own health took a tumble because of the stress.
