Hours are reasonable, staff is organized, and all departments work well together. Great company to have on a resume, and there are plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

As with any job in the service industry, you will always run into unsatisfied guests who want to direct all of their anger at you. On the upside, you'll learn to tolerate conflict well and solve problems under pressure.
