      Excellent people organization, leadership has drive to simplify and automate the processes, One of the best utilization of use of AI in business I have seen. Everybody supports you to showcase your true potential.

      Pros

      Ok salary and benefits. Good pension matching scheme. Canteen and onsite parking. Good opportunities for travel.

      Cons

      Quite political. They tend to pick their favourites and promote them. Promotions are given out based on exposure rather than performance. Business seems to think that their mission is greater than simply producing chewing gum and as such they are quite arrogant. They also don't treat suppliers very well.
