Business Outlook
Pros
Strength of the brands is what sets Mars Inc apart from it's competitors. It's also an ethical company which places value on it's employees, at least more than most other big companies. Being privately held allows leadership to make solid long-term decisions without being tied to the short term share-price driven thinking that drives public companies.
Cons
Very few down sides as a place to work, with the exception being limited career opportunities for development, as the company is already top-heavy salary-wise.
