Responsible employees, professional people. It doesn´t matter how many hours you work, what matters is the result. Good work/life balance. Respect for employee. Good company culture, happy and friendly environment that makes you be motivated. Teamwork. Your ideas as listened, no matter who you are. You can always make a difference. Very good quality products. I don´t know how, but when you go to the groceries to make your own buy, you can not avoid taking a look to the shelves to see if Mars products are correctly placed... Sometimes you forget you don´t own the comany :-)
Cons
Poor in knowledge management and consistancy in processes. Poor it systems that make business slow. Politics are very important to get your way through. Sometimes it depends as well on the manager you have. Very slow organization. Lack of discipline.
