      Pros

      For a software company, it's a pretty good place to work. Can't complain. The projects are interesting, there's a lot of smart people around, it's not too bad.

      Cons

      The office culture can be a little be too informal at times for my taste. I think most people prefer this, though, this might just be me.

      Pros

      - Revolutionary product w/ amazing growth potential & will always be relevant - Great benefits and amazing work environment - Transparency all the way from direct manager up to the CEO - Meraki hires winners - no better way to put it as the PEOPLE really drive this company - Good compensation and out-performance is really rewarded - Nice career progression as you will acquire skills you normally would not elsewhere because it is a fast paced environment and really forced you to adapt and think on your feet

      Cons

      Integration with Cisco has been tricky at times, but I truly believe each employee really drives their own success. The company gives you all of tools to not only be successful, but really make an impact. At the end of the day, they give you a lot of accountability but you need to be willing to drive your own success.

      -Superior product, literally one of the best products the industry has ever seen. -Strong marketing engine, tons of incoming leads. -Upward mobility, if you shine, you can transition into anything you want. -Really cool people, even the C-levels interact on a daily basis

      Cons

      -Sometimes it is difficult to navigate through Cisco, our parent company. -Only get to travel to territory 4 times a year, more would be better.
