      Easy to exceed quota with dedicated hard work. Supportive and well structured sales environment. Culture of promoting from within.

      Cons

      Integration with Cisco was mostly a positive, but some friction with integration.

      Pros

      Many opportunities to work throughout the stack. Many opportunities to work across product lines as well. Lots of smart people. Great work-life balance. Coworkers (including management) are very open to feedback about how we can improve. Specific example of this is Notes Day.

      None come to mind. I really enjoy working here

      Pros

      Stable product, lots of room for market growth. Opportunities across the stack to make real customer impact through new features. Team continuously self-evaluates performance and culture and has above average retention of staff. The Meraki spirit that launched the company before the acquisition is still going strong.

      Cons

      None - I love it here.
