      Decent company, but overrun by middle management

      Pros

      * Migrated to remote work without major interruptions * Good work/life balance (though that can depend on your managers) * Good benefits, decent amount of PTO (20 days) * Pay is fairly competitive

      Cons

      * Lots of middle management and not enough IC's * Approval processes (either from management or things like IT) are frustratingly slow * Projects tend to move pretty slowly

      Pros

      Meraki does a great job of listening to their employees, being transparent, and cultivating a great place to work. There are monthly town halls with the GM, always with live Q&A that help employees feel connected to the direction of the company and the decisions made by executive leadership. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help answer any question or offer their support as needed.

      At times, projects could move slow.
