      Free food and free snack.

      Cons

      there is no diversity at all in Finance, if you are foreigner you can´t grow, only Irish are allowed to became managers and grow. Foreigners are always at the base of the pyramid. It´s like caste society, it all depends on where you were born, which is very sad.
