      Best salary and benefits of the industry. You will have the chance to work with very smart people, travel a lot and be well paid.

      Cons

      Since 2022 layoffs the culture is dead. Company strategy changes all the time, restructuring an small layoffs are still happening withing organizations and the feeling of insecurity is all around. Most of the employees are burning out.
