      Good place to work at, but with a VERY slow progression

      Pros

      Work-life balance is good, great health insurance and very impactful work.

      Cons

      Career progression is extremely slow, raises are small and bonuses and stock awards are as well for not so high levels. Weirdly enough, if you search for jobs at different levels in the company, the expectation is for one more year of experience per level. However, you will most certainly not be promoted in less than two years, even at lower levels.
