      Good benefits. Nice campus. Diverse divisions, easy to change jobs within company.

      Cons

      Lots of nonsense in the management. Political fight is nasty higher up. High level (partner level) are way overpaid. It is a closed world, people usually are not aware of/interested in what is going on outside of MS.
