      Surrounded by inspiring coworkers and people with brilliant ideas. Each individual is given opportunity and empowerment to make a strategic impact on the company. Resources to make things happen. Continually challenged and pushed to grow and improve.

      Hard to hire people who meet our high standard fast enough to support growth of the business.

      Company with a culture in chaos -- good people leaving

      Pros

      - Super transparent company, leadership will answer any question and are really open about company progress and even open about where there are areas that need improvement - Addressing a big problem in IT - Unlimited vacation, free lunches

      Cons

      - Its not clear they know what really matters to engineers, but they are trying there's a small engineering space in the office now and hackathons - There are a lot of unhappy people and management just pretend its not going on so good people just leave a killer product manager an a strong marketing person just vanished - The company has lost its mojo and no amount of happy hours or fitness specials are going to get it back

      Solid product in a great space for cloud and legacy integration. Huge market and the time is now.

      Cons

      They look to be "scrappy" sometimes at the expense of their employees. Poor leadership, do not put employees first and weak culture.
