Great company but SFDC acquisition has drained the talent pool & culture!

Great Product, customers and reputation in the industry.

Cons

Most of the top people and key contributors have left. The company was forced into the SFDC way of doing business - and, the SFDC account teams can't sell a technical product like Mule. Shame - really destroyed what was a legendary company!

Management really went out of their way to accommodate all their employees. Great team atmosphere.

The quota expectations became unattainable. I think this really became an issue company wide.
