      - Chance to learn from the best and contribute to an industry-leading organization - Salary and benefits are fantastic - Great opportunity for young professionals to enter an aging industry

      - It is indeed an aging industry - Being owned by a parent company has Pro's and Con's, and you just need to be aware that it does have an effect

      Fair compensation. Market prominence and security. College reimbursement. Recognizes most holidays. Modern office environment. Current business software applications. Office locations close to major highways and high value realestate.

      Cons

      Non-exempt levels have unreasonable requirements and subjective management. No cafeteria for health concious people. Under one hour lunch. No professional incentives for non-exempt employees.
