Pros
Great fitness facilities/classes and a beautiful campus.
Cons
They pride themselves on flexible working but on the other hand you've no chance of a career unless you're willing to work 12 hours a day. If you're not willing to do that then you're only a number. The picture of dead skeletons sitting at desks with nobody noticing comes to mind. No interest in you as a person; only work results and they'll pile as much onto you as they possibly can and everything is needed yesterday.
