Pros
Depends on the store, but for awhile this store was full of opportunities to learn and grow with management members. They taught you valuable skills with merchandising, POS, memberships, back of house/freight, etc. Creativity and diversity was encouraged. The employee discount ALWAYS rocks at this company! Stock discounts were great too and exclusive shopping benefits.
Cons
New management came in about a year and a half after I got hired, and things started to be very different... only a select few individuals got the best treatment as far as advancement plans and training. I had to wait 6 weeks once just to get a 15-minute meeting with the manager that was over the area I wanted to grow in.
