Business Outlook
Pros
Young, fun, innovative, creative, and exciting company to be a part of. Beautiful campus with great amenities (good food, 2 gyms, after-work recreational sports leagues, the opportunity to attend events and activities such as speakers, athlete appearances, etc), good corporate culture, great employees.
Cons
Nike doesn't do a great job of developing talent. Career development is pretty much up to you; not much assistance, resources, or promotions from within. Big company, challenging to network, be connected, or find out about opportunities, and not much corporate effort put into this.
