      there are some talented people that work there. 30% off product. and free shoes every 6 months.

      Cons

      the coaching policies need a change. if you have a bad egg it takes forever to get ride of them. no support from district level on fixing store. only when his job was on the line did he act to change things.

      Pros

      Awesome place to work - where else are there world class fitness centers right on site with sports fields and a child daycare center? Great health benefits, paid time off, and other perks. Some very creative people work there. Learn more and do more faster than working at smaller sized company. Brand leader.

      Cons

      Youth oriented culture tends to reward young, blonde, perky types or runner dudes. Career moves depends on who you know, who you offended in your lifetime, and who's in charge for now. Managers not held accountable for managing and developing team but for how well they manage up.
