Micro management to the core. No breathing space for employees, not a good place to work especially for women who have families, management thinks that all employees are 24/7 available. Work culture is pathetic. New managers are trying to build their own culture instead of nike culture.

There’s not a lot to learn here, top heavy, over-complicated “matrix.” • Forced relocation can be hard if you’re moving from a big city. Portland is small and even smaller with the volume of Nike employees everywhere. Overall if you want to feel comfortable and your life priority is work/life balance at a less competitive salary, this is the place for you! If you are ambitious and want to learn, grow and push yourself to do new innovate things and be around others who have that same drive, you’ll easily lose who you are and feel disappointed.
