Business Outlook
Pros
Love Oregon so having a large company like Nike to work for in the Great NW is awesome. There is a strong culture of informal collaboration that may make some feel uncomfortable with the ambiguity but in the end it produces good results. I love the sport culture and that there are a lot of opportunities within the company. They've recently made an emphasis on making sure that managers are doing the right things which I commend.
Cons
As a conservative in politics and a Christian in religion, I often feel like I need to check my beliefs at the door. It seems that diversity doesn't include me.
