Worklife balance, friendly atmosphere, you have space to take ownership
Cons
The career path was until now useless because when reorg is being done, people are placed in roles decided by HR. There's no discussion, you either take the new role or leave the company. Even though people should feel comfortable and empowered, due to many reorgs that happened, there's a lot of fear in everyone. The office location is hard to reach if you don't live in Het Gooi or if you don't have a car. Prepare for 1h commuting from Amsterdam. 3 days rule to come in the office is enforced and probably will go for 4 days/week.
