      Pay was great and the discounts were amazing as well. You would get 30% off in store and 40% off online. They offered PTO for part timers and health benefits as well.

      Cons

      NO WORK LIFE BALANCE if you start here consider this your life you will work every single weekend. As a part time worker you would think you would work part time hours in a way. Not at Nike instead you work 8-9 hours shifts with a lunch. Expect them to take away your personal life altogether. The minimum amount of hours that you have to have available is 28 hours weekly. So if you ever intend to start here be aware that you will never have a weekend to yourself. They make the schedule 3 weeks in advance so you need to request off months in advance just to get your day. Managers do a lot of micromanaging as well so be aware of someone always on your shoulder.

      Pros

      - Great culture - the people made my experience great. They also have tons of events happening throughout the year. - Pay - If you are a professional corporate employee, make sure to negotiate your salary as high as possible. Also, ask for a sign-on bonus. - Annual bonus - Nike product discount

      Cons

      With any company, there is politics when trying to get things done. They have multiple groups doing the same work/projects without communicating with each other. Some of its internal core processes and software are outdated for such a large and well-known brand. Their organizational structure if overly complicated and matrixed

      Great company but hard work

      Pros

      Great environment and campus. Work with talented and highly motivated people. Lots of travel. Nike is a high profit/margin company and money is not tight. Great bonuses at my level - I miss them after leaving. I wish I wouldn't have left!

      Cons

      Highly competitive internally. I often felt like I was battling people on my own team. Managers/directors would try to out-do other peers, often for no other reason that to look better to those around them.
