Easy work, Toxic Employees

Pros

Work is quite easy and streamlined once you get the hang of it.

Cons

Very toxic employees, abuse and sexual harassment included. The diversity concept is for design - it's not practised by management (male-dominated, sexist, racist etc). Cliquey, a lot of micromanagement and lack of privacy. If you're actually intelligent, creative, confident and honest, you will be bullied & HR will gaslight you. Management is terrible at accountability and it is widespread knowledge, yet accepted. Seniors are based solely on age, not expertise. Only the toxic, afraid and mentally unstable survive. Don't expect to be well-trained, either.

Pros

Decent location with good bars to forget that you actually work there.

Cons

Honestly, the absolute worst place I ever worked. They act like you should just be grateful to work there simply because of the company name. Employees are disposable, not respected and are not trusted to do what they were hired to do. HR is managed by a puppet master who manipulates senior executives.
