Declining work culture

Pros

Nasdaq is a progressive company that is not afraid to take well-informed risks in order for the business to grow and thrive.

Cons

Recent hires at the senior level (SVP and up) have begun to change the work environment at Nasdaq from a place of trust and collaboration to one of "office politics", mistreatment and disrespect of employees. Also certain senior leaders in the marketing group new to the company are horrible managers and communicators.
