Create your own opportunities; always interesting work, great people. Usually reasonable work hours/expectations.

Cons

Very unclear process/requirements for being promoted. You really have to advocate for yourself. My view is that workers remote from the main Nasdaq offices get overlooked/are slow to be recognized.
