Pros

Solid package of benefits, flexible hours, WFH up to 3 days a week, good learning possibilities.

Cons

Compensation uplift nowhere nears the inflation, limited growth possibilities in tech career for senior roles, explosion of middle management with recent acquisitions and restructuring, a prolonged retrenchment is imminent.
