      Pros

      Nothing crazy here. Some people are nice some are less so. Normal amount of Cool-Aide pushing at town halls. Moving to unlimited PTO in 2024, hybrid work (2 days in the office).

      Cons

      Out of cycle promotions require some elbow grease.
