Business Outlook
Pros
Good place to learn about market structure and understand use of data and AI in a critical industry. It's a nice place if you want to chill and focus on other parts of your life. Definitely not the kind of place to dedicate your career to in pursuit of something larger than yourself or making a significant impact.
Cons
Don't expect ambitious and driven people to be around you. Too risk averse and moves too slowly. Ton of red tape for no good reason. People outside of senior management are not visionary nor necessarily aligned with the vision. People just work there because it's "nice".
