Pros

Brilliant colleagues, latest tech stack. New age office amenities ( at least in Philly). Close, family type atmosphere. People are very generous with their time and want you to grow.

Cons

Bit more cross-team training might be beneficial to get a more holistic view of teams other than our own.

Pros

- Has a lot of employee activities to keep us engaged. - A lot of employee recognition and awards.

Cons

- Not transparent enough. There's a lot of gray area. - Under-performing employees stay for a long time.

Pros

Could not be happier with the company I worked for. Nasdaq showed great social responsibility towards employees starting from equipment to training and finishing with fresh 5 to 12 different kinds of fruit every day. I was very lucky to be in a department that had a great and experienced manager.

Cons

Bureaucratic organization that is taking time to approve additional job slots. Salary increase - ask for a salary you want even when lacking experience - difficult to get a decent increase in salary while remaining in the same position.
