Pros
It's a very good company to work. Best working culture No micromanagement by manager Sometime just team senior will get jealous on you maybe.
Cons
It's driven by business teams, so they least care about the quality of work, more on quantity of work. And the recent changes to create support team is very bad in a Product based company. One of the important thing to consider there is no food even it's a big product based giant.
