Pros

Big company so called international Salary is average

Cons

You are a number and there is no growth within the company. No communication, they hide information from the employees. Just a terrible place to work. Too US centered

Pros

Opportunities to work with colleagues from other teams, PM, Eng, QA, & SW Development. Colleagues are knowledgeable and helpful. Great opportunities to learn the product from "concept to production."

Cons

Too many political games being played at the upper management level. Rigid thinking permeates the thought processes of management that stifles creativity and imagination.
