Pros

Genuine Teamwork You can go up to anyone in office or online and ask for guidance and the will always extend an open hand. Going into the office never felt like a burden because it was a genuine pleasure to speak to anyone there. Constant events, gatherings, lunches catered once a month. Benefits were great. Could choose from a myriad of trainings to do on your own.

Cons

You often feel overworked and overwhelmed with no end in sight. There are inklings of favoritism within management. Even with constant surveys of the company and management, it didn't feel as though changes beneficial to the employees were happening. More projects are stacked on each quarter without giving slack for other projects and tasks. The company seems to have shifted their mindset and no longer ensuring the employees are being fairly compensated for taking on more projects and roles.

Pros

Great maternity/paternity leave policy (12 weeks), work culture is great and Nasdaq is still on a hybrid work schedule which is great for parents.

Cons

Limited upside for opportunities for most business units. Nasdaq is getting more and more silo'd and specialized so your core-competency doesn't give you much ability to move to other parts of the company you may be interested in.
