      I love this company, but leadership lost their way

      Ethics, work environment, benefits, opportunities to change from one area to another

      Cons

      Leadership not aligned, decisions postponed and change all the time, strategy never lasts more than an year, money wasted. It's a family business.

      Very nice place to work, the factory is in the countryside in a nice spot. The restaurant is good.

      Cons

      It is very disorganized, culture of gossip and there is no alignment between what is told to the public and what is done internally.
