      A place that we can be 100% authentic, where lost produtivity because you are not yourself not happen. Here we can work together with people who are young, but expert in what they do. Organizational climate is a differential over here. Everyone should trying to enter in Natura Cosméticos to know the true happiness on the job. We can count with everyone to solve problems, because we are a team Natura.
