      Pros

      Natura is a really nice place to work. We take care of our employees health and well-being and also take their ethical behavior really seriously by following a strong code of ethics and by presenting clear and safe channels of communication. We are very committed with diversity and inclusion as well as with sustainability and put lots of efforts to reach high numbers for these indicators.

      Cons

      Natura career and promotion plans aren't very clear for the employee, although it is common sense that Natura is one of the best places for the ones seeking for career stability. Natura does provide progressive benefits according to length of service, starting at 5 years with the company, but these are not related with salary increases.
