Flex hours are great. Every other Friday off in the summer. The people are amazing.

Cons

The division that made the company the most money was sold. More than half the emplyees let go this year. They have put all their eggs in one basket.

Very flexible and great vacation time. The office closes during the period between the Christmas and New Years holidays.

Cons

Almost no people of colour work there except for a small handful but management doesn't really notice, acknowledge or care about that.
