Some director and vp level leaders did not use much analytics in marketing Some business decisions involved too many people making the project last too long, cost too much, and eventually get canceled.

Most people really care about the quality of work. Good reputation with customers.

Cons

Trend toward removing anyone with industry expertise for a very immature workforce that struggles with action, as well as toxic leadership who microamanage & sweep problems under the rug. Real danger as the company has now shed their higher Ed business and is betting the farm on School where the execs still have too much to learn... Used to have a great employee culture but that has disappeared.
