      Pros

      I've loved my experience at Nelson so far. It's been super refreshing to work with leaders who truly care about their employees, are friendly/approachable and have an exciting vision toward the future. The people on the team in general are so helpful, kind, and supportive. As a relatively new hire (6-months) I had a great onboarding experience, felt super comfortable asking questions and getting to know everyone. Overall, great quality group of people, super meaningful work, exciting projects and a healthy work environment!

      Cons

      No cons to share as yet! It's busy, definitely a fast paced environment which I like but may not be for everyone

      Pathetic work life balance & Does not value opinion

      Pathetic work-life balance Your opinion and problems are not addressed No training. You are expected to know everything (even how company works) Many times director used to send tasks on teams messages at 11 pm and used to ask updates at 7:30 in the morning on those. Hybrid role - but not allowed to work from home most of the times
