Pros
Supportive atmosphere, and good chances for advancement. Had a very satisfying career there, and was given the opportunity to grown, learn and advance. Suggestions were always received graciously and often put into place.
Cons
Limited mobility from order production to front office opportunities. General assumption seemed to me that manual employees would not work out moving over.
