      Pros

      Had the opportunity to work on a lot of projects and had the chance to add a lot of experience to my resume.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. A lot of older people. Everybody doing their own thing. A lot of politics with the management teams. HR is always snooping around.

      People are great to work with. Most are dissatisfied with at least a portion of their job/work but manage to keep days tolerable.

      Cons

      Print business is not healthy. Digital is where it is at. Nelson is slow to change. Most people are dissatisfied with at least some portion of their work. Most are doing much more than they can manage and still do a good job.
