Leadership: Hopeless CEO, the entire company has been parsed apart in hopes of their Edwin platform saving the company and semester after semester, year after year, all we hear is that the product isn't good enough for Schools to want to pay. Extremely demotivating and starts to diminish trust when they keep saying it's the next iPhone and will change the world. Upper Level Management: Loves to pay lip service/kiss the ring of CEO, but actions speak louder than words and they don't value their employees or the hard work. Trajectory: You've got a more promising career path if you go flip burgers at a fast food joint. This company isn't going anywhere fast, besides into the ground. They've sold off everything, all their eggs are in one basket and no one has enough courage to admit its not as good as they tout. Bottom Line: If customers aren't willing to pay, you've got a problem. Do yourself a favour, upload your resume elsewhere.
