Pros
- Working in the New York office is like a startup within a larger, established organization. All of the focus, dedication, fun, and camaraderie of a startup vibe but with the institutional resources of a 300+ employee company, great investors, and a proven product.
- You will learn A LOT very quickly. Not a lot of guidance but you will be exposed to challenges you will need to adapt to.
- Pay is very competitive
- Lots of room for growth and really impacting the business on a global scale (really!)
Cons
- Sometimes feels a little disorganized but that comes with the territory of opening a new office in a new country
- Communicating company-wide the strategic objectives of the business could be better. Not bad though.
- This isn't necessarily a con but the business is still quite Brazilian in its character. As Neoway scales globally it will be a challenge to adapt to being a true global business that isn't only in Brazil
